Ingredients

  • ¼ cup onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons curry Powder
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse ¼ cup onion and 5 cloves garlic.

  • In bowl, combine 3 ounces ground Lamb, 3 ounces ground Beef, onion, garlic, ¼ cup parsley, and 2 tablespoons curry Powder. Mix well.

  • Form into logs. Season with 1 pinch salt and pepper.

  • Heat pan over medium-high. Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil once hot. Add meat. Do not move for 1 to 2 minutes to sear.

  • Flip and cook until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F / 63 degrees C.
  • Serve with 2 tablespoons hummus and salad.
