Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1  jalapeño small
  • 3 green onions
  • ½ cup pimento drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Mix 8 ounces cream cheese and ½ cup mayonnaise with a whisk.

  • Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder.

  • Dice 1  jalapeño and 3 green onions. Add to mixture.

  • Drain ½ cup pimento. Add to mixture.

  • Gently fold 2 cups cheddar cheese into mixture.

  • Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with Dr. Berg’s Bread or cucumber slices.
