Instructions
- Make Keto Rolls ahead of time. Make into mini-buns. For this recipe, we made 12 buns and 12 mini-burgers.Keto Rolls
- Make burgers into same size as buns.
- Shape your 6 ounces ground beef into desired size. Salt and pepper the burgers.
- Start to get a pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is piping hot, gently add 1 tablespoon safflower oil .1 tablespoon safflower oil
- Place each mini-burger in the hot pan. The purpose of this step is to get a nice sear on your hamburgers. You get a good sear by making sure that the pan is hot and letting the burger cook for 1 to 2 minutes without moving it.6 ounces ground beef
- Once the burgers get a good sear, flip them over until internal temperature is at least 135 degrees.
- Remove burgers and place on paper towel to soak up the grease.
- Cut buns in half and add 2 ounces cheese . Bake burgers in oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Build burgers with 3 lettuce leaves.2 ounces cheese, 3 lettuce leaves
These mini-burgers are great for keto kids. They work great as appetizers for parties! Use our Keto Rolls as the buns.
