Instructions
- Make mini Keto Rolls ahead of time.Keto Rolls
- Shape 6 ounces ground beef to fit six mini Keto Rolls. Add salt and pepper to taste to burger meat.
- Get pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, gently add 1 tablespoon safflower oil .1 tablespoon safflower oil
- Place each mini-burger in hot pan.6 ounces ground beef
- Once burgers are seared well, flip over and cook until internal temperature is at least 135 degrees F / 57 degrees C.
- Remove burgers and place on paper towel to soak up grease.
- Cut buns in half and add 2 ounces cheese . Bake burgers in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C until cheese melts.2 ounces cheese , 3 lettuce leaves
- Build burgers with 3 lettuce leaves and other preferred toppings.
