Shape 6 ounces ground beef to fit six mini Keto Rolls. Add salt and pepper to taste to burger meat.
Get pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, gently add 1 tablespoon safflower oil .

Remove burgers and place on paper towel to soak up grease.
Cut buns in half and add 2 ounces cheese . Bake burgers in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C until cheese melts.
