Ingredients

  • Keto Rolls
  • 6 ounces ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ounces cheese
  • 1 tablespoon safflower oil
  • 3 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Make mini Keto Rolls ahead of time.

  • Shape 6 ounces ground beef to fit six mini Keto Rolls. Add salt and pepper to taste to burger meat.
  • Get pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, gently add 1 tablespoon safflower oil .

  • Place each mini-burger in hot pan.

  • Once burgers are seared well, flip over and cook until internal temperature is at least 135 degrees F / 57 degrees C.
  • Remove burgers and place on paper towel to soak up grease.
  • Cut buns in half and add 2 ounces cheese . Bake burgers in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C until cheese melts.

  • Build burgers with 3 lettuce leaves and other preferred toppings.
  • Serve and enjoy!
