Ketogenic Kids Cups

Ketogenic Kids Cups

Total Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 6 muffins

Per serving: 0 calories, 0 g protein, 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g fat

Ingredients

Eggs - 4 large

Cream Cheese - 1 oz.

Butter - 1/4 cup - at room temperature

Almond Flour - 1/3 cup

Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup - shredded

Baking Powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer or blender.

Pour mixture into silicone molds or whatever you are using - maybe cupcake liners or something similar.

Bake for 25-30 minutes - until golden.

Top with your favorite toppings.  You can turn then into taco cups, or top them with guacamole and sour cream, or bacon and cheese.  The possibilities are endless!
