Mix 4 eggs, 1 ounce cream cheese , ¼ cup butter, ⅓ cup almond flour, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and ¼ teaspoon baking powder in a stand mixer or blender.

Pour mixture into silicone molds or cupcake liners.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden.
