  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter at room temperature
  • cup almond flour
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
  • Mix 4 eggs, 1 ounce cream cheese , ¼ cup butter, ⅓ cup almond flour, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and ¼ teaspoon baking powder in a stand mixer or blender.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds or cupcake liners.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden.
  • Top with your favorite low-carb toppings, such as guacamole, sour cream, bacon, or cheese.
