Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener, 1 teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and 4 ounces butter. - Add 2 ounces cream cheese and stir. Do not over-mix. You will see bits of cream cheese in the mixture.2 ounces cream cheese
- Chill 20 minutes and portion into 9 bombs. Roll into balls. Enjoy!
