  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ground
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 ounces butter melted
  • 2 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener, 1 teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg and 4 ounces butter. Stir to combine.

  • Add 2 ounces cream cheese and stir. Do not over-mix. You will see bits of cream cheese in the mixture.
