Combine 2 cups smoked trout, ½ cup sour cream, ¾ cup cream cheese, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon chives, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, 1 ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper in food processor.
