Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
- Cut 2 ounces cream cheese into cubes and place in heat-safe bowl with 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese.2 ounces cream cheese, 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- Melt down mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in double boiler. Gently fold until completely mixed together.
- Add 1 egg, mix into cheese mixture.1 egg

- Divide into five equal parts. Roll into balls.
- Bake for 20 to 25 mins.

Notes
- If you’d like to add sesame seeds, lightly mist the rolls with water using a spray bottle, then sprinkle the seeds evenly over the top.
