Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut 2 ounces cream cheese into cubes and place in a heat-safe bowl with 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese

  • Melt down mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a double boiler. Gently fold until completely mixed together.
  • Add 1 egg, mix into cheese mixture.
