Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
Cut 2 ounces cream cheese into cubes and place in heat-safe bowl with 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese .

Melt down mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in double boiler. Gently fold until completely mixed together.
Add 1 egg , mix into cheese mixture.
