  • 1 head of cabbage sliced into four wedges
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In bowl, whisk ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, Sea salt and pepper to taste.

  • Coat baking dish with Cooking spray. Arrange 1 head of cabbage wedges in a single layer. Drizzle with seasoning mixture.
