Instructions

  • Cut stem off 2 cabbage heads. Slice in half, then halve again to make four discs, each about ¾ to 1 inch thick.

  • Place two cabbage steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Brush with 3 tablespoons olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons paprika.
