  • 2 cabbage heads small
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • ยฝ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • Cut stem off 2 cabbage heads. Slice in half, then halve again to make four discs, each about ยพ to 1 inch thick.

  • Place two cabbage steaks on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush with 3 tablespoons olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with ยฝ teaspoon sea salt, 2 teaspoons paprika and 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until leaves are browned and centers are tender.
  • Serve and enjoy.
