Instructions
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil over high heat.
- Gently place 3 eggs in pot by lowering them into the boiling water with a slotted spoon.3 eggs
- Boil for 10 minutes and cool.
- Remove shells and cut eggs in half, reserving the yolks in a separate bowl and the whites on a plate to be stuffed.
- Mix the yolks with 3 tablespoons keto mayo and 1½ tablespoon white miso. Blend until smooth. This can also be done with an electric mixer or food processor.3 tablespoons keto mayo, 1½ tablespoon white miso
