Fresh kale leaves are lightly coated with oil and salt, then baked until crisp and delicate. Once cooled, these Keto Kale Chips turn into light, crispy bites with a satisfying texture and a burst of flavor in each piece.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees F.
  • Wash 10 ounces green kale and remove stems. Tear into two-inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towels
