Ingredients

  • 10 ounces green kale
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees F.
  • Wash 10 ounces green kale and remove stems. Tear into two-inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towels
  • In large bowl, toss kale with ½ tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon sea salt.
  • Arrange kale leaves on lined baking tray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp.
  • Let cool before serving.
