Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees F.

Wash 10 ounces green kale and remove stems. Tear into two-inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towels

In large bowl, toss kale with ½ tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon sea salt.

Arrange kale leaves on lined baking tray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp.
