Keto Kale Chips

Keto Kale Chips

Total Time: 18 minutes

Serves: 4

Per serving: 25 calories, 1 g protein, 2 g carbohydrates, 11 g fat

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Russian red kale or green kale
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Wash kale and remove stems.

  3. Tear the leaves into 2-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Pat leaves dry with paper towel.

  5. Toss kale with olive oil and salt.

  6. Place on lined baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
