Instructions
Gratin:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 4 x 8” baking pan with parchment.
- In medium bowl mix 1 cup cauliflower florets, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup oyster mushrooms, 2 ounces cheddar cheese, ½ cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper.1 cup cauliflower florets, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup oyster mushrooms, 2 ounces cheddar cheese, ½ cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pour gratin mixture into lined baking pan. Bake until golden brown.
Steak:
- Season 8 ounces flank steak with 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, ½ teaspoon salt and 1 pinch pepper. Place medium skillet over medium high heat.8 ounces flank steak, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 pinch pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and sear steak on both sides.2 tablespoons olive oil
- Remove steak from heat once you have reached your desired temperature and save pan with oil and juices.
Pan Sauce:
- To steak pan add ½ cup heavy cream, 1 ounce cream cheese, 1 tablespoon coconut amino, and ½ teaspoon black pepper over low heat.½ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon coconut amino, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 ounce cream cheese
- Cook to reduce by half.
