Ingredients

  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In food processor or blender, mix together 2 eggs, 1 ounce cream cheese , ½ teaspoon onion powderand ½ teaspoon garlic powder.

  • Line 8×8 deep dish with parchment paper. 
  • Pour mixture into dish. This will be a very thin layer. It will firm up in the oven. Gently place the mixture into the oven.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until mixture is firm.
  • Let cool before slicing into noodles.
Use these noodles for soup, stroganoff, or fettucini alfredo.   They don’t fall apart and taste delicious!
