- Remove chicken from egg batter and put into bowl with coconut flakes. Remove from bowl and set aside.

- Fry coconut-breaded chicken tenders until golden brown, about two minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and allow to cool on paper towels. This will allow excess oil to drain off.
