Ingredients

  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 cups coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  • Crack 2 eggs into bowl and whisk.

  • Put 1 pound chicken tenders into bowl with egg and coat well.
