Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • seasonings be creative – onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and/or oregano
  • jalapeños optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt down 2 tablespoons cream cheese and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Add ½ cup almond flour.  Make sure that the mixure is not piping hot, so that you do not cook the egg.  Add 1 egg and seasonings.
  • With something that is round like a coffee tumbler or a glass, gently roll out the cheese on parchment paper and/or silicone baking mat.
  • With a pizza cutter or a knife, cut into small squares.  If you want jalapeños, now is when you would add them.
  • Bake for 10-15 mins @ 350 degrees F.
These cheese crackers are amazing!  You can add jalapenos, if you like it spicy!  They are delicious dipped in guacamole!!  Try not to eat them all in one sitting.
