Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • seasonings to taste
  • jalapeños sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons cream cheese and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

  • Stir in ½ cup almond flour and mix until batter is smooth and free of clumps. Add 1 egg and seasonings . Make sure not to cook egg.

  • With coffee tumbler or glass, gently roll out cheese on parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • Cut into small squares with pizza cutter or knife.  For added heat, place jalapeños on top before baking.

  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let cool, then serve and enjoy.
