Instructions
Tomato Sauce
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
- In large bowl, mix 14 ounces pureed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ย ยผ cup extra virgin olive oil.14 ounces pureed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Set aside.
Cabbage Cups
- In large bowl, mix 1 pound beef, 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ยฝ teaspoon parsley .
- Evenly pack 9 x 9-inch baking dish with meat filling and spoon tomato sauce over top.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until meat is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
