Ingredients

Tomato Sauce

  • 14 ounces pureed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  •  ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Cabbage Cups

  • 1 pound beef ground
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon parsley chopped
  • 12 cabbage leaves

Instructions

Tomato Sauce

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
  • In large bowl, mix 14 ounces pureed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper and  ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil.

  • Set aside.

Cabbage Cups

  • In large bowl, mix 1 pound beef, 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ½ teaspoon parsley .
  • Evenly pack 9 x 9-inch baking dish with meat filling and spoon tomato sauce over top.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until meat is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F / 66 degrees C.
  • Fill 12 cabbage leaves evenly with filling.
