Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, cook 3 slices of bacon, 2 ounces onion, and 1 clove garlic for two minutes or until vegetables are translucent. Transfer to heat-safe food processor and blend until smooth.2 ounces onion, 1 clove garlic

- Roll mixture into six balls.
- Cut remaining bacon in half. Wrap one or two pieces around each meatball.6 slices bacon
