Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
In medium skillet over medium heat, cook 3 slices of bacon, 2 ounces onion, and 1 clove garlic for two minutes or until vegetables are translucent. Transfer to heat-safe food processor and blend until smooth.

In medium bowl, combine bacon-onion purée, 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, ¼ cup coconut flour, 1½ tablespoons sea salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and ¼ cup ketchup. Mix until fully incorporated.

Roll mixture into six balls.
Cut remaining bacon in half. Wrap one or two pieces around each meatball.

Place meatballs on baking sheet with bacon ends tucked underneath. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through and bacon is browned.
Skewer each ball with toothpick or skewers and serve with remaining sugar-free ketchup.
