In medium bowl, combine bacon-onion purée, 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, ¼ cup coconut flour, 1½ tablespoons salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon red chili flakes, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and half the ketchup. Mix until fully incorporated.

Roll mixture into 3-ounce balls
Cut remaining 6 slices bacon in half. Wrap one or two pieces around each meatball.

Place meatballs on baking sheet with bacon ends tucked underneath. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through and bacon is browned.
Skewer with each with toothpicks or skewers and serve with remaining sugar-free ketchup.
