Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Cut 12 jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins.12 jalapeño peppers

- Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Spread evenly.12 jalapeño peppers
- Cut 12 slices bacon slices in half. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half-slice of bacon.12 slices bacon, 12 jalapeño peppers
- Place on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
