Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Cut 12 jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins.

In medium bowl, mix ½ cup cream cheese, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup pepper jack cheese until well combined.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Spread evenly.

Cut 12 slices bacon slices in half. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half-slice of bacon.

Place on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
