Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Cut 12 jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins.

  • Spoon one tablespoon of cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Spread evenly.
