Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking tray with parchment.
- Cook 4 slices bacon in the oven for 12 to 18 minutes, until crispy. Place on paper towels to drain grease. Chop and set aside.4 slices bacon
- In microwave-safe container, microwave ¼ cup ghee on low heat for 30 seconds.¼ cup ghee

- With a fork mash until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Place in a small bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until mixture becomes solidified or scoopable.
- With a 1-ounce scoop, scoop mixture into balls and onto a plate. Roll balls in chopped bacon. Serve and enjoy.
