Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ghee melted
  • 1 avocado halved, diced
  • ¼ cup bacon fat
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 serrano chili small, finely chopped
  • cup white onion chopped
  • ½ lime squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro chopped
  • 4 slices bacon chopped

Instructions

  • Pour ¼ cup ghee into medium-sized mixing bowl and add 1 avocado, ¼ cup bacon fat, 2 cloves garlic, 1 serrano chili, cup white onion, ½ lime, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper and 2 teaspoons cilantro.
