Halve 2 avocados and remove pits.

Remove flesh from skin of one half of each avocado and dice small into a medium bowl. Leave the other half of each avocado in the skin.

Pick through 5 ounces crab meat and remove any remaining shell.

Carefully combine diced avocado, crab meat, ½ cup avocado mayonnaise , ¼ cup red bell pepper, 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh chives, ¼ cup celery, ½ ounce lemon juice, ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt, and ¼ teaspoon white pepper.

Spoon finished crab salad to fill and cover the two remaining avocado halves and enjoy!
