Ingredients

  • 2 avocados large
  • 5 ounces crab meat
  • ½ cup avocado mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper small diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • ¼ cup celery chopped
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  • Halve 2 avocados and remove pits.
  • Remove flesh from skin of one half of each avocado and dice small into a medium bowl. Leave the other half of each avocado in the skin.
  • Pick through 5 ounces crab meat and remove any remaining shell.
  • Carefully combine diced avocado, crab meat, ½ cup avocado mayonnaise , ¼ cup red bell pepper, 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh chives, ¼ cup celery, ½ ounce lemon juice, ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt, and ¼ teaspoon white pepper.
  • Spoon finished crab salad to fill and cover the two remaining avocado halves and enjoy!
