Ingredients

  • 2 avocados large
  • 5 ounces crab meat
  • ½ cup avocado mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • ¼ cup celery chopped
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  • Halve 2 avocados and remove pits.

  • Cut one half of each avocado into small cubes. Leave other half of each avocado in skin for later use.
  • In large bowl, combine 5 ounces crab meat, ½ cup avocado mayonnaise , ¼ cup red bell pepper, 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh chives, ¼ cup celery, ½ ounce lemon juice, ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt, ¼ teaspoon white pepper and diced avocados.
