Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degress C.
- Lay out 100 grams chicken breast. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Cut in three parts.
- Get pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is very hot, add 2 tablespoons olive oil.2 tablespoons olive oil

- Dropchicken into pan.
- Let chicken cook on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes before turning or when golden and crispy.
- Once you get nice sear on chicken, place it in oven until internal temperature is 165 degrees F / 174 degrees C.
- Let rest for at least five minutes before cutting. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Small pieces of chicken can finish cooking in the pan since they cook quickly. For larger pieces, you can finish cooking in the oven.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting for extra juicy chicken.
