  • 100 grams chicken breast cut in 3
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degress C.
  • Lay out 100 grams chicken breast. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
  • Get pan hot over medium-high heat. Once pan is very hot, add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • To chicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drop the chicken into pan.
  • Let chicken cook on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes before turning or when golden and crispy.
  • Once you get nice sear on chicken, place it in oven until internal temperature is 165 degrees F / 174 degrees C.
  • Let rest for five minutes before cutting.
