Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Grease small muffin pan or silicone molds.
- In large bowl combine 2 eggs, 1 cup cheddar, ยพ cup almond meal, 2 tablespoons jalapeรฑos, ยผ cup green chilis, ยผ cup bacon, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon sea salt, ยฝ teaspoon black pepper, and 2ยฝ cups cauliflower.
