Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
- In saucepan over low heat, melt 1ยฝ cups mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce cream cheese.1ยฝ cups mozzarella cheese, 1 ounce cream cheese
- In medium bowl, mix ยพ cup almond flour, ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder,ย and 1 egg.ยพ cup almond flour, 1 egg, ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- Add blend to cheese mixture.
- Knead. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- On parchment paper or silicone baking mat, shape dough into desired form, about 1-inch thick.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add ยฝ cup mozzarella cheese and desired spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top of bread.ยฝ cup mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley
- Bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
