Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
In saucepan over low heat, melt 1½ cups mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce cream cheese.

In medium bowl, mix ¾ cup almond flour, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 egg.

Add blend to cheese mixture.
Knead. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
On parchment paper or silicone baking mat, shape dough into desired form, about 1-inch thick.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Add ½ cup mozzarella cheese and desired spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top of bread.
