  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • parsley dried

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
  • In saucepan over low heat, melt 1½ cups mozzarella cheese and 1 ounce cream cheese.

  • Knead. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • On parchment paper or silicone baking mat, shape dough into desired form, about 1-inch thick.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add ½ cup mozzarella cheese and desired spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top of bread.
