Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix 4 ounces cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter.4 ounces cream cheese
- Add 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons erythritol and ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well.3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Fold in ยผ cup pecans.ยผ cup pecans
- Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs, then coat in coconut flakes.ย

If you melt the butter and mix in the cocoa, in any recipe containing these, then blend with other ingredients, you will have a much richer, darker tasting chocolate than this. This will taste like cocoa. Blending fat with cocoa before making a mixture makes it taste chocolate.
