Add ¼ cup butter.

Mix well.

Add 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.

Add 2 tablespoons erythritol.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Add ¼ cup pecans.

Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.

Coat in coconut flakes. You can refrigerate them for about 10 minutes, if they are too soft to handle.
