Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Spoon mixture into muffin pan or silicone molds. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over tops.

Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on muffin size, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
The peanut butter in this recipe adds an awesome fluffy texture to these muffins, not to mention that nothing goes together better than chocolate and peanut butter.
