Ingredients

  • 4 ounces bacon (about 4 slices)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • 8 drops stevia

Instructions

  • Cook 4 ounces bacon at 350 degrees F / 204 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy.
  • Combine ¼ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon erythritol.
  • Add 8 drops stevia and mix well until smooth. If you need to use heat to melt down coconut oil, you might need to add more coconut oil because it the heat thickens the mixture.
  • Line a dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour in chocolate mixture. Place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  • Chop bacon.
  • Add bacon crumbles, once the mixture is semi-solid (so that the bacon sticks).
  • Freeze or refrigerate for 20 more minutes.
  • Break or cut into pieces.
