This Chia Seed Bread is a hearty, fiber-rich loaf made with simple ingredients that come together to create a firm yet tender texture. Packed with wholesome seeds and baked until perfectly set, it slices beautifully and makes a nourishing base for your favorite low-carb spreads or toppings.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In large bowl, combine ยฝ cup coconut flour, 1ยฝ cups almond flour, ยผ cup ground chia, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ยผ teaspoon salt.

  • In small bowl, use electric mixer to combine 4 tablespoons butter and 4 eggs until smooth.
