Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

In large bowl, combine ½ cup coconut flour, 1½ cups almond flour, ¼ cup ground chia, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt.

In small bowl, use electric mixer to combine 4 tablespoons butter and 4 eggsuntil smooth.

Gently fold wet mixture into dry ingredients until fully incorporated.

Transfer dough to loaf pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and set. Let cool before slicing.
Toast this bread in a pan with some butter over medium heat. Serve with avocados!
