- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 C.
Sausage

- In medium pot, boil heavily salted water. Add 1½ cups cauliflower. Cook 7 to 9 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.1½ cups cauliflower

- Add ½ teaspoon xanthan gum gum to thicken. Stir until smooth.½ teaspoon xanthan gum
- In small casserole dish, combine sausage, cauliflower, and cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly.
