Instructions

- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Bring 2 cups avocado oil up to 350 degrees in a sauce pot or fryer.2 cups avocado oil
- Slowly drop in tablespoon-sized fritters. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from oil. Place on paper towel. Season with Salt to taste – immediately out of the oil. This will help to make sure that the salt sticks to fritters.Salt to taste
