Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons coconut flour, ¼ cup almond flour, ¼ cup erythritol, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons almond milk, 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Gently fold ⅓ cup blueberries into mixture.

Divide into 6 equal portions. Use silicone molds or muffin tray.

Bake at 350 for about 20 mins.
