Ingredients

  • 3 ounces hamburger meat
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 1 ounce cheese slice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ avocado medium
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 onion slices

Instructions

  • Cook 4 bacon in oven at 350 degrees F ( 177 degrees C) for 15 to 25 minutes. Get pan with some oil in it very hot, lightly smoking.

  • Gently place burger patty into hot pan.
  • Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  • Cook burger until desired temperature. Melt 1 ounce cheese on top.

  • Build hamburger with 3 ounces hamburger meat, 2 tomato, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 2 onion. Wrap burger in 6 lettuce.

  • Serve with pickles and ½ avocado.

This is a quick and easy bacon cheeseburger wrap.  Wrap the cheeseburger in lettuce instead of using a bun.  Butter lettuce works great.
