Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in pan over medium-high. Add ¼ cup onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add 3 ounces ground beef. Season with 1 pinch salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.

Reduce heat to low. Stir 3 ounces cheddar cheese into meat mixture until melted.

Spoon cheeseburger filling into 4 large romaine lettuce leaves. Add prefferred toppings.

Eat immediately.
Make cheeseburgers without having to tend to individual burgers!
