Ensure that you take the normal 1800 calories per day especially if you are breastfeeding.
  • Even though it is still under debate, breastfeeding is believed to reduce the extra weight. Studies conducted show that mothers who breastfeed have a higher chance of losing weight after pregnancy than those who do not. In addition, breastfeeding is important to the baby because it gives the necessary nutrients and boosts the immune system.
