Willpower is your determination and the ability to control yourself. In this context we are talking about controlling yourself with your eating.

I think the number one thing that are controlling people is this darn bread. Can you imagine going to a bakery and the smell of that bread coming from the oven – the warm gooey bread and then you put butter on the French bread or the sour dough bread.

I mean, people love that and they have a difficult time controlling the temptation of not getting into the bread.

Bread has gluten which causes a lot of problems and inflammation. It will also keep you from losing weight.


   What is Causing You to Crave the Bread?

What causes you to crave bread is a low serotonin which is a pleasure hormone. When you are low on serotonin you will be seeking pleasure from bead and other starches.


   How to Get Rid of Cravings

There is a natural remedy which is called L tryptophan that you can get at the health food store. L tryptophan turns into serotonin and you want to take it before you go to bed because it will make you sleepy. It is also good for chocolate cravings, anxiety and depression.

You want to take this on an empty stomach because it is a protein – amino acid. If you take this consistently you will find that your bread cravings will go down.

   Summary

So, avoid all breads and start by getting rid all of the ones are in your house and get rid of the cravings. Although it really is impossible to avoid ALL the bread that is out there with family, social events, holidays and birthdays.
