Instructions
For mashed cauliflower
- Pat 3 ounces steak dry with paper towels. Season with 1 pinch salt and pepper .1 pinch salt and pepper, 3 ounces steak
- Cut 1ยฝ cups cauliflower into small florets.

- Pour cauliflower through a colander.

For Steak
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to oven-safe pan, turn on medium-high heat.
- Once pan is hot, smoking lightly, gently place steak into hot pan.
- Let cook on one side for three minutes. For crispy steak, don't move steak.
- Flip steak over, cook on other side for three more minutes.
- Finish cooking steak to desired temperature in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Cut steak and serve on top of cauliflower.
