Cut 1½ cups cauliflower into small florets.
Add cauliflower, and 1 teaspoon salt to sauce pot. Then add enough water to fully submerge cauliflower.

For Steak Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to oven-safe pan, turn on medium-high heat.
Once pan is hot, smoking lightly, gently place steak into hot pan.
Let cook on one side for three minutes. For crispy steak, don't move steak.
Flip steak over, cook on other side for three more minutes.
Finish cooking steak to desired temperature in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Cut steak and serve on top of cauliflower.
