Instructions
- Trim ends of 2 cucumbers and shred on large shredding holes of a grater.2 cucumbers
- With your hands, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from shredded cucumber.
- Use smaller grater holes to grate 3 cloves fresh garlic.3 cloves fresh garlic
- In a medium bowl add 2 cups plain coconut milk yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon fresh dill, ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin, and ½ teaspoon garlic salt.
