Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Generously spray an 8×8″ glass baking dish with oil. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Pour mixture into 8×8 inch lined pan. Press mixture into all four corners evenly.

Bake for 10 to 14 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 8 portions.
